1. What Oracle Signals is

Oracle Signals ("we") offers paid memberships to a Discord community with Bitcoin prediction-market calls and sports picks, and to a Telegram bot that can place trades on a member's own Kalshi account. Memberships are sold and billed through Whop.

2. Not advice

Everything we share is for education and entertainment. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or betting advice, and it isn't tailored to you. You alone decide whether to trade or bet, and you are responsible for those decisions and their results.

3. Risk

Prediction markets and sports betting involve real risk, and you can lose all the money you put in. Past results, including the records we publish, don't guarantee future results. Only use money you can afford to lose.

4. Who can join

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use prediction markets or sports betting where you live. Kalshi and any sportsbook have their own rules, which you must follow. We are not affiliated with Kalshi, Whop, Discord or Telegram.

5. Memberships, trials and billing

• Each plan renews monthly until you cancel. Whop charges your payment method at the start of each period.
• New members get a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the first month is charged. One trial per person.
• You can cancel any time in your Whop account. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.
• We may change prices with notice; a new price applies from your next renewal.

6. The Telegram bot

The bot acts only on your own Kalshi account, using an API key you create and can delete at any time. It starts in practice mode with pretend money. Real-money trading happens only after you turn it on, within the limits you choose. Software can fail, markets can move fast, and orders may not fill as expected; you accept that risk. You can stop the bot, or disconnect it and delete your key, at any time.

7. Fair use

Your membership is for you. Don't share, resell or republish calls, picks or channel content, don't share your access, and treat other members with respect. We may remove access, without refund, for breaking these rules.

8. Availability

We aim to post calls and picks on schedule, but some days have fewer or none, and the service may be interrupted. Features may change over time.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Oracle Signals isn't liable for trading or betting losses, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the 3 months before it.
